ITINERARY TOUR INTRODUCTION
Coming to our cooking class, guests have the opportunity to participate in cooking the Vietnamese traditional dishes and to enjoy what you have just cooked. 

Timing for the cooking class.

At 8:30am. Picking up at your hotel by the Electric taxi then direct to the local market to buy the ingredients
9:30 on the Electric taxi we go the the Eco private cooking class for the welcome drinks (a fresh coconut and cold water) and take a rest.
Following we will show and talk about the history of the Hoi An Noodles ( How was the noodles become)
11:00am the show of cooking be start.

Then enjoy the delicious food that you just cooked

2:00pm the end of the programme

    Really a great experience! Hien and her husband are really friendly and knowledgeable. We went to the local market, went on a boat trip, made a lantern and had a cooking class. Hien’s husband is a chef and it shows. He helped us prepare are fantastic meat! They adapted the ingredients to our diet wishes.

    Superb activity with Hifi travel. Excellent pick up service from the hotel. The coconut boat tour was amazing and the lantern making was really enjoyable. The cooking class was the highlight of the day with a very fun chef and really tasty food. Really lovely family and a must do in Hoi An!
